Frequently Asked Questions:

 

•   A Personal Chef prepares meals with fresh ingredients tailored to your needs,

    in the comfort and safety of your home.  Unlike a Private Chef I work with all      

    different people, and customize meal plans to suit individual needs.  If you

    opt to have meals prepared for the week, they will be stored properly for

    future reheating. Instructions will be left on the best method for this to

    optimize their quality.  This service can provide you with healthy freshly

    prepared unique and special meals, in lieu of takeout or costly restaurant

    fare.  I cook for small to midsize dinner parties with multi-course meals, and 

    cocktails parties with hors d’oeuvres.  As a Personal Chef doing your events,

    I can provide more individualized service to your guests.

 

•  When preparing meals in your kitchen, I will likely need 3-5 hours there depending

   on the number and type of dishes chosen.  We can set this date to most  

   conveniently coordinate with your schedule.  You do not have to be home, and I

   will happily make arrangements with you with regard to your pets, deliveries, etc.   

   You are able to enjoy your time, and get done what you need to in the interim.

 

•  My service is designed to alleviate your stresses, and cook meals for you so you

   will have the benefit and convenience of prepared dishes ready when you need 

   them. On our cook date I just need that your kitchen be in its normally orderly 

   fashion, with available prep areas, and the sink clear of dishes.  Upon my

   departure, your kitchen will be fully cleaned, and left with the aromas of freshly 

   prepared delectable meals.

 

•  All of my Entrees will come with suggested sides that will best pair with the meal;

   however I am always open to substitutions or special preferences.

 

•  The frequency with which you use my service is entirely at your discretion, and

    contingent upon your personal need.  I am happy to work with you.

 

•  If you are planning a special event I simply request that you allow me

   approximately one week notice before a dinner affair, and three days before a 

   cocktail party. This is so that it may be executed at its optimal best.

 

•  Lastly, payment may be remitted in the form of cash, or check (for regular

   customers).  I also accept credit cards through PayPal (which would be an

   additional 4% service charge.)  A grocery deposit is usually required, as this is a 

   separate charge from my service.  My invoice will include a copy of your grocery 

   receipt, and clearly detail all the charges, and credits.
